Coaching Programs
The ASPI one-on-one coaching programs are targeted at senior managers where improvements in individual performance have high leverage for the individual and for the organisation.
These programs can be employed either as an individual engagement or as part of a corporate exercise.
Typically, ASPI one-on-one coaching aims to elicit and address the factors which are holding back an individual from achieving their potential, and often involve a mix of personal and occupational concerns. Typically this might include issues around personal goals and priorities, limiting beliefs, individual anxieties, relationship concerns or skill requirements, among others. The coaching programs are output-oriented, focussed on the ‘what?’ and the ‘how?’, not the ‘why?’.
Coaching by its nature involves an intimate and confidential
relationship. Coaching is provided by ASPI coaches certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and whom have either worked themselves at senior levels in the professional services field or have coached effectively at the required level in the past. Clients have to approve of and commit to working with a particular coach before commencement of the program.
