ASPI People

ASPI was established by Julian Vyner. In 1988 Julian co-founded the strategy consultancy Kalchas which grew to over 100 people until, years later as Chairman, he successfully led the sale of the company. One of his challenges to sustain this growth was to develop the skills of junior partners, all of whom had excelled in their previous roles as managers and analysts but were now required to succeed as client-getters and handlers too. Finding quality training at that time to better equip his senior people was impossible. The PIPS Course is the result of Julian’s belief that this was a need that could be met.

From this start, ASPI has developed to address some of the other most important training needs in the Professional Services industry, liaising with experts in their fields and using the latest research and best available technology that works.

Prior to Kalchas Julian was with Bain & Co after working as a senior brand manager at Procter & Gamble. He is also a Master Practitioner in NLP.

ASPI works only with other top class trainers who have also had personal experience at a senior management level in professional services.
